I organize sports walks of 1 to 1.5 hours in groups with coaching, motivation, fitness exercises and advice for rebalancing your diet. These walks take place every Wednesday at 5 p.m.

What is fintness walk with coaching ?
Fitness walking, also known as brisk walking or athletic walking, is a sporting activity that involves walking at a sustained and dynamic pace. Unlike conventional walking, which is often performed at a slower, relaxed pace, fitness walking involves faster, more intense movement, with a specific cadence to increase efficiency and cardiovascular benefits.
During this walk, we will have fitness activities to work all the muscles of the body.
The walk will be accompanied by motivational coaching.
I will also give you advice for dietary rebalancing/detox/weight loss.
