My Teaching Philosophy

As a dedicated teacher of traditional Hatha Yoga, my mission is to create a nurturing environment where students can discover the transformative power of yoga. Each session is crafted to honor the authentic practices of Hatha Yoga, incorporating classical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), locks (bandhas), hand gestures (mudras) and meditation techniques.

  • Holistic Practice: My classes offer a comprehensive experience that integrates physical postures, breathing exercises, mindfulness practices and more. This holistic approach helps to cultivate physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
  • Accessible for All Levels: Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, my classes are designed to meet you where you are. Modifications and variations are provided to ensure that every student can practice safely and effectively.

The uses yoga techniques to treat specific health problems, such as chronic pain, sleep disorders, mood disorders, anxiety and stress, respiratory problems, chronic illnesses or simply for people who wish to practice traditional Yoga with emphasis on the alignment and integration of body and mind, the practice of mindfulness.

It is important to note that Yoga therapy does not replace traditional medical treatments, but can be used as a complement to improve the quality of life of people with various health conditions.
