How is the coaching session going ?

We have a first meeting during which we get to know each other (20 minutes). If we decide to work together, we meet face to face or remotely.

The sessions are based on discussions which allow us to identify blockages
We put in place a work plan that defines your objectives, your expectations, your progress
We work with concrete exercises
As an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner, I also use visualization, meditation and concentration techniques.
