Yoga embodies a profound lifestyle for me. It’s not merely a practice but a holistic science and philosophy, harboring the secrets to attaining a harmonious and fulfilling existence. Through yoga, I strive to unlock my potential, cultivating qualities such as love, empathy, generosity, kindness, and patience towards both myself and others.

10 Small facts about me
I used to be very nervous and stressed but discovering yoga and practicing a yogic life style (physical and mental) fortunately literally changed my life. This is a long process of working on myself. Today, I am living my passions! IT, Managing projects, Yoga, Psychology, Coaching and I keep on continuously learning. No, 24 hours are not enough..;
1. I’ve always been a vegetarian and a bit of a pescetarian.
2. I was born in France which I left at the age of 18. I spent more than half my life abroad
3 – I love traveling, especially to Asia. The countries I visited are: England, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Germany, United States, Israel, Egypt, Thailand, India, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam. I only travel by backpack without planning beforehand. I plan to travel a lot more…
3. I started practicing yoga at the age of 27 (philosophy and asanas). Initially and without wanting to, I ended up in a negative sect. I was fully aware of the dangers of a cult but they absolutely could not enlist me. I stayed there for a few months because I was very curious about the process of manipulating people and there were still some activities that I liked like Mantras and Kirtans. After 6 months, I said goodbye and continued my yogic path. Fortunately, I ended up in a Sivananda center. Since then, I have explored everywhere and learned a lot.
4. I am an eternal student. Learning is my passion. I’m signing up for a new training course as soon as I finish one. All my studies are in India. On site or remotely.
5. I speak fluent French, English, Hebrew and I can manage in Spanish and Khmer.
6. I have wonderful 23-year-old twins, a boy and a girl
7. I don’t like French cuisine. Too much meat, sauces and not enough spices. At home, I mainly cook Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese.
8. I don’t watch TV and have never watched it. My cinematography culture sucks… but if I watch a film then it’s a French movie.
9. I have a cat named Pomme. She is 6 years old. I love it and it’s mutual :). Pomme is a great traveler (despite herself). She was born in Israel and made several trips back to France and Cambodia.
10. I try to be a minimalist and practice non-attachment. I pray, meditate and do yoga every day. Well sometimes I fail but I try to stick to this routine which does me a lot of good.
